• If ready progress is not observed in a candidate, he may be asked to leave the course and his guardian will be informed accordingly The Principal may remove from the roll of the institute any student for continued absence, misconduct or misbehavior, as the case maybe.
  • A student having no equipment, journals etc. may be refused admission to lectures and laboratory.
  • In all cases of absence, an application duly endorsed by the guardian, stating valid reasons for his wards absence must be sent to the office immediately and in case of absence on medical grounds, the application must be supported by a Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner. Absence on any other ground will not be condoned for the purpose of attendance.
  • Students must wear Apron for all the laboratory work.
  • Students should not handle or misuse any of the models, apparatus or books of the Institute except with the prior permission of the Principal.
  • Students should carry at all times their college identity card.
  • Students should carry Laboratory Cards and produce the same while entering any of the Laboratories for practical sessions and produce them for inspection whenever told to do so by any member of the Institute.
  • Students are expected to read the notices put up on the Notice Board of the Institute. The Institute accepts no responsibility for the loss of any benefit by a student due to his failure to read the notice in time.
  • Any change in the address of a student must be intimated by him in writing to the Institute's office.
  • No class social or picnics shall be organized independently All functions including picnics, socials etc., should be organized only with the prior permission and approval of the Principal.
  • No person shall be invited to address a college meeting or society without the previous permission of the Principal. Even for college debates and discussions, it is necessary to get all the subjects proposed for discussion approved previously and such debates should be held under the presidentship of a person approved by the Principal Failure to observe these rules will make student liable for disciplinary action.
