APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

For all candidates (including Backward Class candidates ) :

i)	A Medical Certificate of physical fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner (original certificate)
ii)	Certificate of Domicile, issued by : a) Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bombay or Metropolitan Magistrates authorized by him. b) Taluka Executive Magistrates authorized by the Magistrate of the district concerned.
iii)	Certificate of passing the qualifying examination ( i.e. H.S.C or other equivalent examination) with true copy of the statement of marks & S.S.C marklist.
iv)	Institute /College leaving certificate (from the institute/ College in which the candidate was last enrolled)
v)	Certificate of date of birth, if the date of birth is not mentioned in the college leaving certificate.
For candidates belonging to Backward Classes :
i)	In addition to the certificates mentioned above, a caste certificate from the District Magistrate or an Executive Magistrate authorised by him.
ii)	Any other document in support of his claim regarding caste. The application or any of the certificates received after the last date prescribed for this purpose shall not be entertained.
iii)	Creamy layer certificate for OBC.
